Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Issue was resolved through autodoc, they processed a refund despite not having received the item. Neither autodoc nor myself have received any communication from EVRi whatsoever, despite autodoc filing an official complaint several weeks ago.

I eventually recieved a refund through autodoc after chasing them up a couple times. After 7 weeks of waiting, I asked them to leverage their business relationship with evri to seek a resolution, and they processed the refund despite still not having received the item.

I placed an order from autodoc on the 5th of January which was returned to the sender on the 8th due to an invalid delivery address. This was caused by an issue on autodoc's end, not EVRi's It has been over 3 weeks since it was marked as being returned, and I've received no updates on the status of the order, and autodoc have not received the package yet. I've tried to get in touch through the available customer support lines, but the automated support processes can only tell me that it's on the way back, no information on where the package is or why it's taking so long.

User's recommendation: Avoid using if possible.

Business Not fit for purpose

I would give zero stars to every category if possible. The town I live in is a seaside town on the north coast of Ireland. For over 3 weeks now countless people are being ripped off by evri on a daily bases. I have seen people's parcels thrown into fields, thrown I to hedges, delivered ripped open packages and there are 50+ people I know off who have been waiting over 3 weeks for their parcels, which are all paid for. This isn't even the beginning, for all these people out money and their goods they have zero way of contacting the company, no telephone number whatsoever, an email that has computer automated replies and if you go to the website all you can do is talk with a chatbot!! Imo, when anyone pays for goods, and those goods are put in the hands of a 3rd party courier then as a paying customer you should be able to contact that 3rd party at any time, let alone when your package is 3 weeks late. This is literally a case of an unprofessional, unreliable and contract breaking business who care so little for their Customer that they offer zero way of meaningful communication when a customer is rightfully unhappy. They also lie aswell, again, countless cases in my area where they have lied about attempted delivery. It is actually beyond me how, legally, they can operate. For context, I am not writing this in a fit of rage, rather it's a calm honest account of not just my experience, but an entire town and surrounding areas experience. User's recommendation: Stop buying from companies that use them as a courier.
