Terrible updates and not possible to check delivery date

Waited all morning to check if parcel was going to be delivered. No updates so left house at noon.

Returned 3.30pm. No card left. Checked the app again at 4pm! Apparently at noon update was that it was going to be delivered that day.

At 2.39pm another update with a delivery slot of 2.30 to 3.30. That is too short notice. It was not delivered the next day. No obvious number to call except for useless chat bot.

Not sure where the parcel is and when it will be delivered! Terrible.

Hi, I ordered a Toomax Stora Way All Weather Storage Box from Amazon, item number #203-587****-0945904. According to Amazon, it was delivered by Evri and was pushed over a six-foot fence, because I was at my neighbor's house at the time.

Therefore, when I opened the box, the goods inside, which were made of plastic, were damaged. I have made calls to Amazon's customer support and emailed Spreetail, but I'm no further forward in getting the product returned. Spreetail is saying that Amazon should deal with my issue, and Amazon is saying that Spreetail is responsible for sorting it out. Having been to the return shop, which is my local co-op, they told me that the parcel was too big and heavy for them to deal with.

Being a 68-year-old pensioner, I find it extremely difficult to pick up and move such items.

I'm now so frustrated and angry that this issue hasn't been resolved. All I want is someone to take responsibility for my situation and collect the said item from my home address.

The parcel is still at my sons address and I’ve ask for a refund 4 times now, but know one will reply to me or refund my account, I am now looking into my card company getting the refund, I will keep you up to date…

Hi, my son has waited in for 3 days, losing 3 days of wages for Evri to pick up a parcel from PH11 8BE and deliver it to KW17 2LQ. The reference numbers are H00FRA000205****.

When you ring, you get a robot, which is as much help as a paper umbrella. Someone was meant to ring me today, but it never happened. You try and cancel the pick up, as Evri has broken their contact with me to pick up on a specific date and deliver to me at my address, which hasn't happened. The robot writes, 'someone is looking into the problem, and will contact me in 24 hours', but that was 72 hours ago.



I will never use Evri to pick up a parcel as long as I have breath still in my lungs. I thought Hermes was bad, but Evri takes the first prize for not delivering the goods. I will tell everyone out there to stay clear of this carrier service because it will never happen.

Pay a little bit extra for a well-known and time-tested parcel service. If I don't get my refund and compensation for my son's loss of wages, then I will get my payment agent, who paid the service fee, to take over and I have insurance for these sorts of issues from scammers.

Hoover broke. Company dispatched a new on.

Asked to return faulty one on receipt of new one. Now one delivered (by Evri) and therefore booked return by EVRI.

Not collected on day booked for.Not collected by new date offered. Logged questions and tried calling - nothing and no response!

Dear Evri Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding a parcel collection I booked for Friday, July 5th. Despite the booking, no one arrived to collect the parcel.

The inability to talk to a human sucks!!
Subsequently, I contacted you through your chat bot and was informed that a collection was rescheduled for Monday, July 8th, as evidenced by the attached screenshot. However, no one arrived again.
Since then, I have tried multiple times to reach your customer service through the chat bot and by calling your automated solution. Each time, I was told the issue is being investigated, but I have not received any further updates. Today, I was told that the collection was no longer necessary, which is incorrect.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

As a customer, I expect a higher standard of service and clear communication. I request the following actions be taken immediately:
1. **Confirm a new collection date and time for my parcel.**
2. **Provide a direct contact method to a customer service representative who can assist me with this issue.**
3.

**Explain why the initial collections were missed and why I received incorrect information.**
Please find attached all relevant documentation, including booking confirmations, chat transcripts, and screenshots of communications.
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the Consumer Ombudsman.

Send a parcel with Evri since the 6th of September to N20 8QH with the reference number H051JA002401****. From Birmingham till now, it has not been delivered.

I have been chasing this with Evri for a refund if the parcel is lost, as they said, because eBay gave me a deadline to refund the buyer. So, I need to be refunded.

My parcel from TEMU has apparently been left in an Evri locker near me, but at no point have I been given the QR or access code to release my parcel. I have emailed TEMU (loads of times) rung, and messaged my local Evri courier who tells me MENZIES delivers to the Evri lockers (??) but NO-ONE accepts responsibility for sending me the necessary codes so my package is still locked away and I have no way of accessing it

I got a delivery off Evri but it was to a different address not mine so I put a complaint into their customer service team who said they would sort it and see into the problem but since then things have gone from bad to worse I have a total of 8 other packages with them which I probably won't get any as 1 is at their hub and not moved in over a week and another is out for delivery today that was a week ago so they are just taking the complete pi*s

Every has the worst customer services ever. The Help Centre is created by someone who either doesn't understand customers' needs or doesn't have a good understanding of the English language. For example, in their 'Help Centre' they say (if you haven't handed your parcel over...), but they never mention the other part which is (if you handed your parcel over). This is because when you say if, it can infer different conditions and every condition applies to a different customer. Some may have handed their parcel over and others may not have.

The ChatBot is useless because it doesn't cover the customers' issues. That would be okay if, at the end, it gives the customer an option to chat with an operator, but it doesn't.

The phone number is the worst part of their 'customer services' because it functions exactly as the ChatBot. Companies usually use the call to Customer Services to cover whatever hasn't been addressed by the Help Centre, FAQ, or the 'Live Chat'. However, it provides customers exactly what the other so-called services do, no more than that. When it doesn't cover the customer's issues, it should give the customer an option to talk to a staff member or an operator to discuss the issue.

Overall, I think all these issues stem from Every's greediness as they don't want to invest in hiring staff to resolve their customers' issues.

You should have a customer service number where customers can call and make complaints than your over reliance on chatbots or whatever. Imagine a parcel constantly dumped outside my house my your delivery guys.

As I type a parcel expected to be delivered between 14:30 and 15:30 has not been delivered and there is no update from your end. Meanwhile, its 19:44 already.

Evri is terrible henceforth before I buy anything online I will ask if the delivery is done by evri I will stop buying.

I have ordered many things from Temu and I requested them to be delivered at my chosen parcel shop. Evri sent me a confirmation saying it will be delivered at my chosen parcel shop, and after a few hours, they lied, saying there was an issue with the address.

Now they're sending the items back to the sender, bearing in mind it was on sale. I wanted it for Saturday because it was for my birthday. Now they've ruined everything for me. They lie like always, not professional.

I always had issues with them but never with Royal Mail. I have been trying to get in touch with them, and the chat is a joke. It keeps saying 'no connection, try again.' We all know it's a lie, I've been trying for over 2 hours, but I will also call them tomorrow.

I have been tracking my package and it shows a different date. Secondly, I have been in the house since morning and I am always home.

The delivery person did not even ring my bell or knock on my door. Thirdly, the company didn't notify me that my delivery was on its way.
